This Privacy Policy describes how Millbrook Equine (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit, use our services, or make a purchase from millbrookequine.com and all its subdomains (the "Site") or otherwise communicate with us (collectively, the "Services").

When a Millbrook Equine owned URL is named directly or specifically in this policy the URL named represents only that URL not its subdomains and/or subpages.

Section 2 - Information You Provide To Us
We collect information at several different points as we interact with you. This includes when you create an account, order from our online store, chat with customer service, speak with our representatives, use one of our products or services, register for our newsletter, participate in promotions, or participate in surveys. The information we collect includes, but is not limited to, things like the name of a pet owner or veterinarian, a pet’s name, pet health updates, mailing addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, payment information, and passwords.

Our recurring order providers, who collect payment information and order information to process your recurring orders in order to perform our contract with you.
When you visit our Site, open or click on emails we send you, or interact with our Services or advertisements, we, or third parties we work with, may automatically collect certain information using online tracking technologies such as pixels, web beacons, software developer kits, third-party libraries, and cookies.
Patient information management system data.
Any personal information we obtain from third parties will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible or liable for the accuracy of the information provided to us by third parties and are not responsible for any third party's policies or practices.
Section 5 - How We Use Your Personal Information
Providing Products and Services. We use your personal information to provide you with the Services in order to perform our contract with you, including to process your payments, fulfill your orders, to send notifications to you related to your account, purchases, returns, exchanges or other transactions, to create, maintain and otherwise manage your account, to arrange for shipping, facilitate any returns and exchanges and to enable you to post reviews.

For example, we use Shopify to support personalized advertising with third-party services and Trackable Revenue to develop our products, services, and marketing. By using and accessing any of the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information to Trackable Revenue and our other business and marketing partners.
When you direct, request us or otherwise consent to our disclosure of certain information to third parties, such as to ship you products or through your use of social media widgets or login integrations.
With our affiliates or otherwise within our corporate group, in our legitimate interests to run a successful business. For example, we are associated with the Cavalcade Group and with the Cavalcade Education platform. Your data may be shared between group members and with Cavalcade Education.
In connection with a business transaction such as a merger or bankruptcy, to comply with any applicable legal obligations (including to respond to subpoenas, search warrants and similar requests), to enforce any applicable terms of service, and to protect or defend the Services, our rights, and the rights of our users or others.

We use multiple systems to manage our phone and text (SMS) communication with you. This includes veterinarians, our answering service, our office, our pharmacy, and any other staff or contractors that may need to reach out to you for any reason.
