Dr. Gosselin grew up on a thoroughbred breeding farm in Buckley, Washington. She spent her springs helping to foal out mares and her summers cleaning stalls and grooming yearlings. When she graduated from high school, she headed east to Smith College, where she obtained a BA with a major in Neuroscience. After four years on the east coast, Dr. Gosselin returned to Washington to attend Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
Focusing on equine medicine and surgery, Dr. Gosselin received the award of "Senior Student Most Proficient in Large Animal Surgery." Since 2006, she has completed the internship program at Brazos Valley Equine Hospital, opened a successful solo equine ambulatory practice in Texas, and acted as a regulatory veterinarian at Lone Star Park. Dr. Gosselin joined Millbrook Equine and moved to New York in February of 2011. While Dr. Gosselin is happy simply working with horses, her passion lies in equine reproduction and neonatology. When she is not working, Dr. Gosselin enjoys traveling, skiing and the outdoors, and spending time with her husband and two sons.
